Drive along the Gulf of Aden coast east toward Qandala, one of Puntland’s most historic settlements.
Qandala features crumbling Ottoman-era watchtower ruins and a natural harbour still used by traditional dhows.
Overnight at a basic guesthouse or camp (depending on security assessment).
Meals: B, L, D
Continue east toward Cape Guardafui — the Horn of Africa's outermost point, where the Gulf of Aden meets the Indian Ocean.
The cape area is wild and roadless — this day involves 4WD track driving with dramatic coastal views.
Return to Qandala or Bosaso.

Return to Bosaso. Market visit. Flight departure.
